- I have 20 years experience working as a designer with healthcare and public sector organisations
- I am co-facilitator of the National Designers in Health Network and have run a number of national conferences on design in healthcare
- I advise on the design of health information for the Patient Information Forum
- I worked with the Department of Health on NHS branding and patient information guidance
- I have a first class honours degree in graphic design
