Peptest is a newly developed diagnostic device used to detect pepsin is saliva samples. The process goes through a number of stages, which users were finding confusing. We restructured the instructions, writing them in clear English and producing clear illustrations. User testing shows improved outcomes. The document is compliant with European Directive 93/42/EEC for Medical Devices.
